The Oakville Chamber of Commerce helps members connect with other members by organizing business networking events, seminars and workshops, tradeshows and committee activities. Oakville Chamber of Commerce Event Cancellation Policy

For refunds, all cancellations must be received in writing no later than 5 working days before a scheduled event. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations may be received via fax or email. It is up to the registrant to confirm receipt of the cancellation request. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline.
In the event of circumstances beyond its control, the Oakville Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to amend or cancel any event. If an event is cancelled by The Oakville Chamber of Commerce refunds will be processed accordingly.
